Investigation Advisory Services
In addition to conducting workplace investigations ourselves, we also provide advice to our employer clients who are conducting their own internal workplace investigation or who have engaged an external investigator to investigate a complaint. Setting the scope of an investigation to meet statutory requirements and other organizational priorities is complicated. How many witnesses to interview, what questions to ask, which issues to address are all questions that investigators grapple with.
